FREE SHUTTLE SERVICEMillennium Garages is offering free shuttle service to North Avenue Beach for the Chicago Air and Water Show. Shuttles run Saturday and Sunday from 9 A.M. through the end of the show. Board the shuttle at the 2.5 lobby of the Millennium Park Garage. Avoid the parking congestion at the beach and catch the shuttle at Millennium Park Garage!

ABOUT THE CHICAGO AIR AND WATER SHOW
Featuring military and civilian flight aerobatics, historic aircraft, simulated water rescues, and parachute teams, the 61st annual Chicago Air and Water Show is the largest and longest-running free event of its kind. With the Chicago skyline as its backdrop, audiences are thrilled by daredevils in the air and on the water along magnificent Lake Michigan.
Attendees can view the show anywhere from Oak Street to Fullerton Avenue, with North Avenue Beach as the focal point.
Chicago Air and Water Show Headliners
This year, the Chicago Air and Water Show features the following headliners:
- U.S. Navy Blue Angels: The U.S. Navy Blue Angels have been astounding audiences since 1946 with their commanding presence and aerial maneuvers in their F/A–18 Hornets. the team has thrilled more than 427 million fans choreographed aerobatic and high altitude performance maneuvers.
- U.S. Army Parachute Team Golden Knights: For more than 50 years, the Golden Knights have thrilled audiences with their parachute demonstrations, jumping out of an aircraft at 12,500 feet and racing towards the ground at more than 120 mph.
- U.S. Navy Parachute Team Leap Frogs: A typical Leap Frogs performance consists of 14 jumpers leaping out of an aircraft, accelerating to speeds up to 180 mph by pulling their arms to their sides and straightening their legs into a “track”.
